I know what it is like to be self-restricting, self-limiting, self-sensoring and self-sabotaging.  I know what it is like to be lost, lacking and low in the self-esteem department.  I continue to build my self-efficacy. I continue to notice when I am fighting myself, judging myself or dismissing myself.

I have become self-sourcing and sovereign. I have learnt not to over-identify with my egoic self. I have bridged the gap between my small self and my higher self. This has created such spaciousness and joy.
